I have been a qualified counsellor for 7 years and have worked with many clients, helping them reach their full potential and make positive changes in their lives.

I work with both adults and young people and as well as my private practice I work as a volunteer counsellor with Harbour Cancer Support Centre in Gosport, and have also worked for Havant Bereavement Care Group as a volunteer counsellor and for The Moving On Project counselling 11 to 25 year old young people.

Currently I work on a telephone helpline offering telephone counselling and emotional support to employees of businesses as part of an Employee Assisted Programme.

I have a Higher National Diploma in Counselling and have attended many other workshops including:-
