Have you thought about having some counselling? My aim as a counsellor it to be alongside you throughout your counselling by offering you a non judgemental, confidential and therapeutic space where you can work through any issue or issues that are causing you emotional distress in your life.

I am a counsellor living in Fareham with easy access to Junction 9 of M27. My name is Susie France and I have been counselling for 7 years and work from a comfortable, private and quiet setting. I offer counselling in Fareham but am easy to reach from Titchfield, Whiteley, Locks Heath and surrounding areas, working with adults and young people and aim to help you to improve your life and live it in a more fulfilling and positive way.

I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and abide by the BACP ethical framework. I am experienced in working with clients who have emotional problems that can be helped with long or short term humanistic counselling. Some of these issues may include:-

Relief from depression and anxiety
Improving personal and working relationships
Bereavement and loss
Improving low self esteem and low self confidence
Work stress issues including bullying and harrassment

I work from an integrated framework incorporating Person Centred, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to best suit the needs of my client. I have experience of working with Havant Bereavement Care Group, The Moving on Project with young people 11 - 25 years and I work currently as a counsellor with Harbour Cancer Support Centre in Gosport. I also work on a counselling telephone helpline as part of an Employee Assisted Programme. On a personal note I am married and have two grown up children and draw upon many life experiences in my work with clients.
